Kasandra Vitacca Mitchell is an educator. At the base of all she does, from keynote presentations to multi-day retreats to private consultation, she teaches her clients what they need to know so they can be more effective, efficient, and joy-filled in their career.

After graduating from Stanford University with a bachelor’s and Master’s in Education, Kasandra taught in high schools before she transitioned to corporate America. 1998 she became the Director of Education for a national professional association where the programs she created for companies won her team a national “Award of Excellence.”

She went on to hold several Director positions within corporate America helping executive teams around the world increase the efficacy and economic value of their most expensive resource, their people. In 2008 Kasandra launched her career as an independent Wealth Advisor doing business as “Epiphany Financial.” By 2010 she rose to “President’s Club” status and in 2011 she was ranked as one of the Top 10 Advisors in the nation with the OneAmerica companies.

In 2013 she was recruited by the American Business Women’s Association to help launch a new chapter and served in every Board role including Chair of their regional organization. Twice she was chosen as the “Women of the Year.”

By 2019 she officially retired from financial advisory services but maintained her career coaching and training practice. That same year her book “The Happiness Formula” was released and she continues to work with individuals and corporate teams to understand how to joyfully increase their efficacy as corporate citizens.
